Refund policy
At our shop, each item is custom-made to order, which means we do not hold stock and produce your item only after you place your order. Because of this, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
✉️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at tintedsales@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
📦 Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style by mistake

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Delays caused by postal services or customs clearance
Please double-check your order details (including size, color, and address) before confirming your purchase.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge once the issue is verified.
💳 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
